Return & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchange requests must be made online by clicking on the link below this return and exchange policy
Refunds:
We accept returns for refund with a 10% restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met.

Purchaser must contact us by creating a return ticket by clicking on the link below within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.

All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.

Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear.

Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
