Return Policy

Christmas purchases:  All purchases that are made from Oct 29th, 2010 to November 29th, 2010 will be able to use option 3. We understand that at this time of year consumers have already started their Christmas shopping for family and friends.
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That is why we are extending our exchange policy. Read option 3 for full details.

Option 1:
 
We accept returns for refund with a 10% restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. 
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached. 
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
Option 2:
 
We accept returns for Exchange and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
Option 3: Christmas gifts
 
Should your item be a gift purchase made after October 29th, 2010 and before November 29th we have extended your exchange date until noon on December 31at, 2010. We will honour the exchange and only if the following conditions have been met.
 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by phone by 12:00 PM December 31st 2010 for a Return Authorization number. 
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
 
 In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb all shipping charges up to a maximum of ($20.00)
