Return &  Exchange Policy
 
All returns and exchange requests must be made online by clicking on the link below this return and exchange policy
 
Christmas purchases:  All purchases that are made from Oct 29th, 2011 to November 29th, 2011 will qualify to use option 3. We understand that at this time of year consumers have already started their Christmas shopping for family and friends.
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That is why we are extending our exchange policy. Read option 3 for full details.

Option 1:
 
We accept returns for refund with a 10% restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by creating a return ticket by clicking on the link below within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. 
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached. 
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
Option 2:
 
We accept returns for exchange with no restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by creating an exchange ticket by clicking on the link below within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser for the exchange. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
Option 3: Christmas gifts
 
Should your item be a gift purchase made after October 29th, 2011 and before November 29th we have extended your exchange date until noon on December 31, 2011. We will honour the exchange and only if the following conditions have been met.
 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by creating an exchange ticket by clicking on the link below by 12:00 PM December 31st 2011 for a Return Authorization number. 
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 15 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
 
 In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb all shipping charges up to a maximum of ($20.00)
