The Charcoal Tall Lace Up Mukluk by Tecumseh Canada is made in Canada. 
Best Hand Made Quality - the knee-high lace up boot features a suede upper, trimmed with incredibly soft rabbit fur.The hand-sewn beaded pattern on the upper is hand sewn.  The lace up allows for easy removal and a custom fit. The boot is lined with a wool upper wool insole. It is equipped with a comfortable lightweight and 1/4" thick flexible gum sole for shock absorbency and long-lasting wear.
